US President

The President of the United States is the elected head of government and head of state of the United States of America. The president leads the executive branch of the federal government and is the commander-in-chief of the United States Armed Forces.

Athough 32nd president Franklin D. Roosevelt is the only former president to serve more than two terms, staying in office throughout the duration of World War II and dying just a few weeks before its end, the Constitution was changed so that only two terms maximum can be served.
