Biography[]

Like Aayan and Rahim, Kiran is studying at the Ommaya College of Medicine in Islamabad. She is there for Aayan as he suffers from the loss of his family. However, she has more than just friendship feelings and makes this clear to Aayan. But he doesn't see himself in a position to do so at the moment and simply asks Kiran for a favor. She should keep a bag for him.

Kiran is forced to do this favor for him, but her father finds the bag and sees that he has been collecting medicine there. He reports to the college that Aayan stole drugs, so he will probably be suspended from college. When Aayan wants to pick up the bag again, Kiran has to confess this to him with a heavy heart. She is infinitely sorry, but there was nothing she could do about her father's anger. He then throws Aayan out of his house and forbids him further contact with Kiran. Kiran is very sad about this and tries to circumvent the ban. She tries to get in touch with Aayan and eventually finds him one day in his apartment. She sees him packing his things and gets Aayan to tell her that he is leaving the country. Kiran is confused and shocked, but decides to go with him. When Aayan proves this wish, she becomes jealous of the journalist who is helping Aayan. She asks if he loves the woman and Aayan's lack of an answer makes her realize that Aayan doesn't have the same feelings for herself. The two bid each other farewell and Kiran is sadly left alone in Aayan's apartment.

When Kiran works in the hospital, Carrie suddenly appears in front of her, who wants to know how to get the medication for Aayan's uncle or the referring nurse. But Kiran is not willing to give any information because she doesn't know what Carrie is talking about and she feels threatened.

A little later, Kiran is again confronted with Aayan at work. In an envelope in her compartment are pictures showing that Haqqani shot his nephew Aayan. Kiran is shocked and follows the call to enter a room in the hospital. There she meets Peter Quinn, whom she doesn't want to believe at first that Aayan is really dead, but then lets himself be convinced and is willing to help Quinn. She receives the complete video from him that shows Aayan's murder and finally uploads it to the internet via the university so that everyone can find out what Haqqani did. She is also organizing a demonstration to protest against Haqqani. When Quinn gestures for her to flee, she fights her way out of the crowd, but has no chance of convincing Rahim to leave.
